Frequently Asked Questions

1. What happens after I sign up for the online class review?
Within approximately 48 hours, you will receive an email with an invoice and your login instructions for accessing online study aids and instructions for scheduling and taking the online CSA exam at a Pearson VUE Testing Center (if you are a candidate for CSA certification).

2. What is my username and password?
You should have received an email at the time of enrollment containing your username and password. By default, your username is set up with your email address and your password is your CSA ID (SCSAXXXXXX).

3. How do I log into the student course portal to access the online study guide and other information?
The course portal is located at scsa.mycrowdwisdom.com.

4. What if I can’t remember my username and password or didn’t get an email?
Contact Robbin Corriveau at robbinc@csa.us.

5. I cannot locate my course materials. Can you send me a textbook, course study guide and/or a PPT notebook?
If you have lost any of these books, contact your account manager -- Curtis Petersen 888-819-3917. If you need replacements, there is a fee for each item, plus shipping charges.
